HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Orders will be shipped via DHL or USPS depending on the fulfillment center the product is coming from.
Average transit times to the United States, Canada : 6 - 12 Business days
Average transit times to the Australia : 10 - 14 Business days
Average transit times to Europe and U.K.: 6 - 9 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. Very good service. Received the bag within 5 business days. Very impressed with the quality & details of the bag. The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because of the packaging – I was expecting the bag to come with a dust bag but it was just in a box wrapped in plastic. However, this does not take away from the fact that it is an excellent bag, and I will be purchasing more bags from this site in the future.
I am also hoping to see more Gucci products in the future!

Normally, all our bags are sent with a dust bag, and small bags (like the Soho bag for instance) are sent with a dust bag and a box as well.
However, unfortunately, such mistakes can happen while processing orders due to the huge number of orders we receive every day. Our staff is working hardly to process orders as fast as they can and sometimes they forget to include dust bags. We truly apologize about that.
