Can I return my order after receiving it ?

Of course you can. Orders can be returned upon 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
Please send the product via TNT or FedEx to the address below. Any package sent with another carrier will not be accepted.

Can I cancel my order if it was already shipped?

Orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. The only process which can be applied is a return, not a cancellation. We will not provide any pre-paid shipping label. In that case, you must return the package to our address at your own costs.

After the items are returned and inspected, we reserve the right to decide whether restocking fee is applicable as per our Return Policy. We will also charge a small restocking fee (items returned in new condition can incur up to a 20% restocking fee). After that, you will be refunded item’s listed price. We will withhold $15.00 initial shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent. 
After that, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is sent.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@beltpoint.com and send to the same address above.
